Stephanie A. Abrahamson
Stephanie A. Abrahamson is a full charge legal assistant working for the benefit of the attorneys and clients of Davidson Backman Medeiros, PLLC. Stephanie has a complete working knowledge of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13, and prepares bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and statements of financial affairs for attorney and client review.
Stephanie has additional experience in the preparation of bankruptcy pleadings, including motions for relief from stay and abandonment, and other pleadings relating to the enforcement of creditors’ rights. Stephanie is also familiar with state court procedures and pleadings for the enforcement of consumer and commercial obligations, as well as pre-judgment remedies for the recovery of collateral.
